A No False Alarm Guarantee.
When we install your alarm system you will receive a "No False
Alarms Certificate" which is redeemable for $50 should you
have a false alarm within the first 12 months.
A 7 Year Warranty.
Provided you have us service your alarm annually your whole system
is guaranteed for 7 years against component failure. The labour
is also covered for the first three years. (Excludes batteries and
remotes.)

24 Hour Assistance
We have technicians on standby 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Security Helpline
Once you have a Hines security system installed you can call
us for free advice any time.
Cell Phone Dialling
Should you not want your alarm monitored, we can programme
it to call your cell phone.
Sensor Watch
Your alarm will regularly test the sensors. If a sensor fails
or gets obstructed, maybe by a curtain or cabinetry, the alarm
will tell you.
Smart Alarm
If you get to work and realise you didn't set the alarm, you
can phone home and set it - you can't phone in and unset it
for obvious reasons.
