ALARM MONITORING


NOW All our clients can have iPhone or Web access to check the status of their alarm and to view recent signals. Examples - "Is my alarm ON" or "Who last turned it OFF?". We have added this FREE OF CHARGE for all new and existing customers.

There are 2 parts to having your alarm monitored.

  1. The receiving of signals and instructions from your alarm at the Monitoring Station.
  2. The dispatching of Security Guards to your place.

Ideally, these are two separate businesses with specialist skills and systems…Two separate business keep each other honest.

The Monitoring Company needs to be alert 24 hours a day, and have the latest computer technology operated by, calm methodical people who will act on the instructions you have given us. Usually you will be phoned and/or a Security Guard will be sent. They need to have the systems to monitor how much time elapses from activations to the response team arriving at your place.

Commercial customers have additional choices. These include nightly checks to ensure your alarm has been 'turned on' and also verification of any 'middle of the night' unsets.

Times, days and instructions will be individualised to suit your business.

Dual path monitoring options are also available for added protection and near instant signalling to the monitoring station.
